We are looking for a CFO on behalf of one of our clients, an industrial company based in southern Luxembourg and France. Although relatively small, the company has around 100 employees, most of whom are based in France, but remains highly profitable with over 15 million euros in revenue last year. With the current CFO planning to leave, they are seeking a replacement to ensure a smooth handover.
Your Responsibilities | Freedom – Autonomy
As CFO, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company.
You will supervise the finance team, setting clear objectives and direction for them.
You will be in contact with and communicate with various stakeholders.
You will plan the company’s strategy in collaboration with the directors of other departments, using financial analyses performed in advance.
You will act as a leader, both within your department and across the entire company.
Profile and Career Path | Freedom – Autonomy
To perform your duties autonomously, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
Proficiency in English is essential for the role, but French is equally important for communicating with your colleagues.
Experience with a Big Four firm will be considered a significant advantage.
