Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Law Firm – AML/CFT - Regulatory

You will be responsible for advising lawyers on clients and ongoing matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will ensure that company policies are always aligned with new regulations and kept up to date.
You may be asked to organize and lead training sessions for the team, particularly on AML/CFT and other compliance matters.
You will ensure that AML policies are properly enforced and that both lawyers and clients are fully aware of the consequences of non-compliance.
You will conduct client due diligence and manage risk assessments.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance – Law Firm – AML/CFT - Regulatory

You have at least 5 years of experience in AML/CFT, preferably within a law firm or a regulated financial institution.
You are fluent in French and English, allowing you to interact effectively with both colleagues and clients. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
A strong understanding of Luxembourg regulations and compliance frameworks is highly valuable for this role.
You have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working within a structured yet dynamic team, contributing to a culture of excellence and compliance.
