For an independent corporate and fund service provider, located very close to the Belgian border, we are currently looking for a Fund Corporate Officer, with a few years of experience.
This service provider is composed of 20 people, with 4 people working in the corporate department, under the supervision of the head of corporate. As they do not want to rush their recruitment, they always take the time to find the right person in order to keep the great working atmosphere amongst the team. In order to participate in and reinforce this good atmosphere, the management of the company often organizes various events outside of the office (Christmas party, Schueberfouer, Bowling, Restaurants, and many more that are not necessarily official).
As the managers of the company come from larger service providers in Luxembourg and abroad, it is important for them to make sure that the teams are well staffed, in order to prevent employees from doing extra hours, and benefit from a great work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Corporate Officer - Legal

Organization and preparation of board meetings and shareholders meetings as well as all related documentation.
Preparation and maintenance of share registers.
Coordination of corporate transactions (incorporation, share classes, approval of annual accounts, change of headquarters, …).
Depending on your experience, you will coach and review your junior team members.
You will make sure that there is a good coordination with the other teams of the company, especially the accounting team, in order to guarantee the best possible service to the client.

Profile and Career Path | Fund Corporate Officer - Legal

At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar structure in Luxembourg (Fund structure, PSF, Holding).
Very good understanding of English and French. Most of the employees are French speakers, though English will be the main language in which you will handle the communication with your clients.
Sound knowledge of PE/RE funds is required for this role as this is the client base you will focus on.
You have great communication skills and a positive mindset, allowing you to integrate easily in a new team.
