We are currently assisting this fiduciary, composed of around 15 employees and created around 20 years ago, in its search for a Corporate Officer as part of its continuous growth.

This fiduciary is located in a beautiful building in Luxembourg City, close to various bus and tram stops. Since its creation two decades ago, the fiduciary has experienced quite an impressive growth while keeping a “human” approach towards its clients and employees.

You will evolve in a professional environment, of which the low staff turn-over rate is proof. In addition, the team is very dynamic and regroups people all backgrounds and levels of experience. This allows you to have interesting conversations with your direct colleagues.

In addition, the partners of the fiduciary maintain a good relationship with their employees. Indeed, the Partners always show recognition to their employees for their high standards of quality delivered to the clients.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate

For a client portfolio of financial companies (Soparfi/Holdings), you handle the daily legal administration from incorporation to liquidation.
This means that you will be responsible for opening bank accounts, preparing board and shareholder meetings, taking meeting minutes, and all other modifications such as change of seat, change of director and more.
You liaise with third parties such as the competent Luxembourg authorities, banks, auditors and so on.
You will join a small team of corporate officers, all with different levels of experience. The manager of the team will also happily help and train you so you can evolve in the company.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate

You have between 3 and 10 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg (Fiduciary, PSF, Big Four, Private Equity firm).
You are able to handle a client portfolio from the incorporation to the liquidation in quite an autonomous manner, and are seeking an opportunity in which you will be able to continue to learn and evolve.
Fluency in English and French is an absolute prerequisite.
Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in the legal field? Then this will be an asset as well.
You are not looking for a fiduciary where there is pressure to evolve strongly. On the contrary, your would rather work autonomously on your portfolio and be given a lot of liberty in your daily work, while benefiting from a great work/life balance.
