Your Responsibilities | Depositary Senior Officer – Fund – Administration – Depositary - PSF

You will oversee daily depositary operations and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with key controls, including asset ownership verification, transaction processing, and adherence to fund rules.
You will also manage due diligence processes, the draft and review of Service Level Agreements, and participate in fund onboarding.
You will identify and manage business risks while adapting to regulatory developments.

Profile and Career Path | Depositary Senior Officer – Fund – Administration – Depositary - PSF

You have at least 4 years of experience in the investment fund industry, ideally within a depositary function. You have also been exposed to alternative investment funds.
Your strong level in English allows you to work in this language on all levels.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
