Your Responsibilities | Tax – Lawyer – Law – International – Tax
Provide strategic tax advice on a variety of subjects, including corporate taxation, international taxation, and VAT.
Assist clients in tax planning and structuring their operations, ensuring tax optimization and compliance with Luxembourgish and European regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex tax documents in collaboration with other legal teams to provide integrated solutions.
Conduct ongoing legal monitoring of legislative and regulatory changes, advising clients on the implications of new laws.
Participate in business development initiatives, contributing to the growth of the firm's tax department.
Profile and Career Path | Tax – Lawyer – Law – International – Tax
With at least two years of experience as a tax lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, you have already acquired a good sense of autonomy and are eager to join an international law firm with excellent know-how.
Proficiency in French and English is essential for effective communications with clients and colleagues in this multicultural environment.
You would describe yourself as ambitious, with the will to evolve in the Tax department and firm itself in time. If this is the case, a long career can await you in this firm, where you will feel rewarded for your efforts without having to work until late in the mornings.
Experience acquired in an international law firm will be considered as an additional plus.

An attractive salary of up to €120.000 gross per annum is offered, in line with your skill set and level of experience. An annual discretionary bonus is also offered to reward your good performance.
