Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Investment Fund Lawyer – Lawyer – Legal
Our partner is looking for an experienced Fund Lawyer to offer comprehensive legal counsel both technically sound and ethical, all while fostering and preserving successful working relationships with clients and third parties. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Initiating and overseeing legal procedures for a client portfolio primarily focused on structuring various types of Investment Vehicles (non-regulated, semi-regulated and regulated).
Keeping track of clients’ requests, preparing legal deeds and initiating legal actions on their behalf.
Maintaining a strong relationship with your clients and developing the business by attracting potential new clients.
Offering counsel to clients on the best possible set of actions in terms of investment strategies, always keeping in mind their overall strategies and business goals.
Engaging in legal and regulatory surveillance and anticipating the impacts of newly implemented laws & regulations.
Profile and Career Path | Law Firm – Investment Fund Lawyer – Lawyer – Legal
You possess at least three years of experience as a registered lawyer in a Luxembourgish law firm. You have specialized in Investment Vehicles mainly.
You are fluent in English and French and any additional language is considered a plus.
You enjoy coaching and have had the opportunity to do so, or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
Your decisiveness and dynamic nature drive your career objectives, and you are passionate about continuing your career path in a law firm.
