Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Law – Lawyer – Law firm – Corporate – Finance
You will handle complex transactions, including incorporations, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, and liquidations.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as agreements and contracts, will be integral to your daily responsibilities.
You may also guide and support junior lawyers, helping them stay organized and efficient in their work.
You will maintain direct contact with clients and third parties, including banks, fiduciaries, and notaries, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic guidance to optimize their projects effectively.
Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Law – Lawyer – Law firm – Corporate – Finance
You have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm, which will facilitate your integration into the team.
Fluency in French and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
You are highly experienced in corporate law, including handling transactions such as mergers, restructurings, and acquisitions, which are essential for excelling in this role.
Strong communication skills are key to building and maintaining client relationships, as well as fostering productive collaboration with your colleagues.

You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year, offering you an excellent standard of living.
