Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Reporting – PFS – Management
As Payroll Manager, you will oversee a team of payroll officers, ensuring the quality of work meets the firm’s high standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all pay slips prepared by your team are accurate and meet all necessary calculations. Your clients will be financial companies (banks, insurances…).
For new clients, you will ensure that all requirements are met and that processes are followed seamlessly, ensuring smooth onboarding.
As a manager, you will support your team by responding to their questions and helping them develop their careers through guidance and mentorship.
Our partner expects you to be proactive in addressing client queries and adapting to their evolving needs, ensuring the continued success and strong relationships already established.
Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Reporting – PFS – Management
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the payroll sector in Luxembourg is required for this role.
A relevant degree or qualification related to the payroll sector is required.
Fluency in French and English is essential. Proficiency in German will be considered a strong advantage.
Our partner expects you to have a solid understanding of Luxembourg labor laws and the current legislative framework.
The ideal candidate should possess strong soft skills to successfully manage and lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and continued success.

Our partner is offering a competitive salary of up to €80,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and level of expertise.
