Our partner is a fiduciary that would like to develop its activities in Luxembourg and is growing its diversified portfolio currently. The FIDUCIARY, based in the city center near a multitude of shops, is seeking for a new Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager, who will be responsible for assisting and reviewing the files of PE/RE clients.
As you will rapidly have the opportunity to develop your technical level, you will quickly (or immediately) become Manager Accounting. You will be responsible for a human-sized team composed of 8 people. The fiduciary is currently growing but they would like to benefit from an organic growth to still offer a personalized service to its clients. Their excellent service allows them to collaborate with prestigious clients and they would like to continue their development in offering high-quality services.
Today, the FIDUCIARY offers a wide variety of services such as accounting, tax, corporate governance and domiciliation for clients composed of soparfi, private equity and real estate structures, securitization vehicles, regulated and non-regulated funds and commercial structures.
As the fiduciary is composed of 50 people, they offer an international environment while still keeping their family atmosphere. Indeed, the fiduciary is organized in different departments which allows all employees to work in a human-sized team.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary - Luxembourg
You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of PE/RE clients from A to Z, with the support of your team.
You will be in charge of reviewing Junior and Senior Accountants. You will help them to become more experienced and efficient on their portfolio.
As an Accounting Manager, you will manage a team composed of 8 people.
You will take on the direct contact with clients and offer them with other services to maximize client retention and loyalty.
Profile and Career Path | Accounting Manager – Fiduciary - Luxembourg
You have at least 5 years of experience in a Fiduciary, Big Four or Big Four in Luxembourg.
During your last experience, you had the opportunity to manage a portfolio composed of PE/RE clients and you are fully autonomous in your work.
As you will be glad to evolve in a dynamic and multilingual structure, Englishwill be required. Moreover, you also speak German or French.
Finally, if you had the opportunity to manage your own portfolio by using software such as BOB50, Demasy or e-fiscalease, it will be a plus.

As an Accounting Manager, you will be happy to manage a team composed of 8 people. If you would like to continue to evolve in terms of hierarchy in the future, the fiduciary will offer your several other interesting prospects (Senior Manager, Director and so on).
You will benefit from an attractive salary up to € 85.000, meal vouchers (€10.80) and a discretionary bonus which will allow you to increase your annual salary.

The fiduciary is ideally located in the Center of the capital. You will have the choice between taking your personal car or using public transport.
