We have the pleasure to assist this very dynamic PFS, composed of 50 people, in its search for a Senior Accountant. As the company has known continuous growth and cares about not putting too much pressure or a very high workload on its team members, they are currently looking to reinforce the team.
Many initiatives internally have contributed to the low turn-over, such as weekly sport classes, an annual team building trip or even the fact that overtime is practically inexistant here. The employees also have grown to really appreciate each other and create friendships, which is why some have afterwork drinks or dinner on a regular basis, go jogging together during lunch time or simply like spending time together during the lunch break.
Also, the PFS has invested in satellite offices near the Belgian and French border in order to make its employees’ daily life easier which they can work in once a week, in addition to the weekly homeworking day they benefit from.
Also, in terms of technical skills you will have the chance to fully develop yourself as the PFS assists Real Estate companies, Securitization vehicles, Investment Funds, international commercial companies and so on. This means that you will have an important variety in your role, but also in terms of files.
We also had the chance to visit the structure’s offices and found them to be very luminous, comfortable and modern, and in a great location in the Cloche d’Or area.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – PFS - Accounting
You handle the A-Z accounting of a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI, securitization vehicles and commercial companies.
Depending on your experience, you will review the work handled by junior accountants and participate in their technical growth.
You will work closely with a Manager Accounting, which is by the way a position you can aspire to achieve in the future. The manager will be your first point of contact in case you have questions.
You also take on the direct contact with your clients and do not hesitate to be proactive in offering solutions or answering their queries.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – PFS - Accounting
You have at least 3 years of experience in a PFS or Fiduciary in Luxembourg, in external accounting. You have ideally handled a client portfolio of SOPARFI and/or SPV and/or Securitization vehicles.
You have a good level of English and ideally in French as well, making it easy for you to integrate quickly in this new team and build relationships with your colleagues. Of course, English is also important for your communications with clients.
You are open-minded, enthusiastic and proactive, making it a pleasure for colleagues to work with you and to be able to count on you.

Your salary package will be very complete as it will comprise meal vouchers (€10,80), health insurance (DKV), additional holidays, an annual bonus, the possibility to have a leasing car and a salary up to €60.000 gross per year.
