We are currently working with a fiduciary located in Luxembourg, seeking a Senior Accountant to join a human-sized team. This fiduciary is well known in Luxembourg and has a very good reputation, thanks to the diversity of its services and clients, and also because it provides a one stop shop concept of accounting, tax, corporate and payroll services for its clients.
The fiduciary is composed of several hundred employees which are accountants, corporate officers, tax advisors, payroll officers and auditors who speak English, French, Luxembourgish, German and/or Italian ! As a result, this multicultural fiduciary is the perfect place to discover new cultures and new people. All the employees of the company work in small teams which helps to keep a pleasant and family-oriented atmosphere.
This fiduciary has dozens of offices and is present in several countries, but still thinks that the most important is to take care of its employees. Your Responsibilities | Finance – Accounting – Fiduciary – Luxembourg
You manage a portfolio composed of regulated funds from A to Z. Depending on your profile, you may also handle a few commercial companies.
You are in charge of the preparation of reportings and you also establish the annual accounts for the regulated entities.
You are in contact with your clients in order to advise them in case of questions, but also to maintain good relationships with them.
You are happy to share your acquired skills with less experienced accountants.
You prepare the tax returns in due time for your clients.
You will work in close collaboration with the Director of the team who has been working for this fiduciary for several years and is someone that knows how to lead and drive a team.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Accounting – Fiduciary – Luxembourg
You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting in a service provider, a PSF, or a fiduciary.
You have a degree in accounting, tax or finance (Bac +2, Bac +3, Bac +5).
You are fluent in English because your clients will communicate with you in this language, as well as your colleagues. If you speak French, German or Luxembourgish, it will be considered a plus in your application.
You are an organized person and you always try to respect deadlines. For you, quality is more important than quantity, and you are able to work efficientlyon several tasks.
You are used to managing regulated investment funds and are quite autonomous.
You have a good team spirit and you want to evolve in the company, in terms of skills but also in terms of responsibilities.
