Your Responsibilities | Career Start – Training
The company is seeking a Financial Controller to strengthen its teams. You will be responsible for performing classic Financial Controller tasks, such as:
Budget monitoring and variance analysis: Preparing, tracking, and comparing forecasted budgets with actual expenses, and proposing corrective actions.
Cost analysis and optimization: Collecting and analyzing cost data, developing dashboards, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
Financial reporting and participation in month-end closings: Preparing periodic financial reports, updating dashboards, and contributing to monthly closings.
Support to operational teams: Providing financial analyses to assist in decision-making and collaborating with internal departments for accurate management analyses.
Please note that complete autonomy in these tasks is not required.
Profile and Career Path | Career Start - Training
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience is expected for this position—not to achieve full autonomy in the tasks, but to have already acquired a solid foundation in financial control.
Fluency in German is absolutely mandatory, as the vast majority of your colleagues will be native German speakers.
French is not required but is highly recommended to facilitate communication with clients, suppliers, and other local stakeholders.
Motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are crucial qualitiesfor this role, so be sure to highlight them in your CV and during interviews!
