We are delighted to present an amazing opportunity to join an in-house position at an AIFM located in the heart of Luxembourg. The company is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join their team. The team is human-sized and close-knit, offering a multicultural environment based on a human-centered culture.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – CoSec – AIFM – Fund administration
You will draft various types of documentation, such as minutes, board resolutions, contracts, and agreements.
You will ensure coordination with third parties, such as notaries, lawyers, and banks.
You will manage the onboarding of new SPVs and Holdings, including bank account opening and the collection of necessary documentation for the KYC/AML process check.
You will manage the approbation of annual accounts.
When needed, you will ensure the dissolutionof SPVs and Holdings
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – CoSec – AIFM – Fund administration
To be comfortable in your new environment, you should have at least 3 yearsof experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg within a similar setting, such as a fiduciary, family office, or investment firm.
You have experience managing a portfolio of SPVs and/or Holdings in Private Equity.
You are fluent in English, ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally. Any other language is considered an asset.
You consider yourself proactive and always eager to develop your knowledge, which will contribute to your success.

You will benefit from a salary up to 70,000€ gross per year and a bonus, providing you with a comfortable standard of living.
