This PFS is part of an international group established decades ago and has been present in Luxembourg for over 10 years. The firm provides a comprehensive range of services, including accounting, corporate, compliance, fund administration, depositary and transfer agency. Its clientele primarily consists of soparfis, holdings, SPVs, and both regulated and unregulated investment funds.

The location is ideal for professionals commuting from Belgium, Luxembourg, or France, with ample parking available to simplify your daily routine. Situated in a vibrant area, you will find a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

The brand-new office is spacious, bright, and designed for modern comfort. The team is human-sized, with approximately 30 colleagues, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent communication.

Your Responsibilities | Transfer agency – Finance – Fiduciary - Funds – Investor Relations

You will keep shareholder records up to date and ensure all necessary modifications are made.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and gather all necessary documentation.
You will coordinate with investors, managing the setup of investor transactions and onboarding new investors.
You will be in direct contact with clients, and building strong relationships with them will be key.
Depending on your prior experience, part of your daily responsibilities will be to guide and mentor junior team members.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer agency – Finance – Fiduciary - Funds – Investor Relations

You have at least 3 years of experience as a transfer agent in a similar environment in Luxembourg (preferably a PFS), which will enable you to quickly adapt to your new role.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and proactivity are crucial for performing efficiently in this role and ensuring deadlines are met.
You are familiar with AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate, which helps you understand the operations of financial vehicles.

You will earn a salary of up to €75,000 gross per year, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
