Your Responsibilities | Finance – Legal – Law – CoSec – Company secretary – Jurist

You will be responsible for a portfolio mainly composed of SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate, managing them from incorporation to dissolution.
You will be in direct contact with third parties such as notaries, lawyers, and banks.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and contracts, will be part of your responsibilities.
You will be in charge of organizing board meetings and drafting minutes.
You will collaborate with the accounting team, particularly for the approval of annual accounts.

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Legal – Law – CoSec – Company secretary – Jurist

You have at least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment (asset manager, fiduciary, PFS), which is essential for understanding your future responsibilities.
To ensure effective communication with colleagues and third parties, you are fluent in English. Any additional language is considered an asset.
While not mandatory, having a master’s degree in law will provide better long-term career growth opportunities.
You are already managing a portfolio primarily composed of SPVs and/or AIFs in Private Equity and/or Real Estate.
In this role, you will need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. To avoid being overwhelmed, being proactive and well-organized is essential.
