Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Junior – Finance – Legal – Corporate Governance
You will participate in the management of a portfolio composed of Soparfis in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions (based on templates).
Approving the annual accounts in collaboration with the accounting team will be part of your daily tasks.
You will maintain the register up to date and file any changes with the RCS/RBE.
After gaining a certain level of experience, you will have direct contact with clients.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Junior – Finance – Legal – Corporate Governance
You have a first experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, or Asset Manager) in Luxembourg, which will allow you to adapt quickly to your new role.
To ensure effective communication with both clients and colleagues, you are fluent in German and English.
You are a proactive and organized professional, dedicated to continuously developing your knowledge.

You will earn a salary of up to 50,000€ gross per year, enabling you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
In recognition of your efforts throughout the year, you will receive a bonus.
Meal vouchers of 10.80€ per day will significantly reduce your daily expenses.
