Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Legal – Law – Avocat – Law firm
Assist in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, in close collaboration with the Partner and for which you will also interact with other departments.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation such as loan agreements, security packages, and regulatory filings.
Conduct in-depth legal research on Luxembourg and European financial regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant.
Work closely with senior associates and partners on high-profile cross-border transactions.
Engage with clients, regulatory authorities, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Legal – Law – Avocat – Law firm
Master’s degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Banking & Finance although this is not a must.
Eligible for List IV or List II, allowing you to practice in Luxembourg.
At least 2 years of experience in banking and finance law, ideally gained in a law firm or financial institution in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English and French is required; German language skills or prior experience in Germany will be considered a strong advantage.
A strong analytical mindset with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
