Your Responsibilities | Corporate M&A – Law Firm – Legal – Associate
You will be responsible for managing client files related to corporate M&A aspects of their companies.
You will draft and review legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, contracts, as well as restructuring, merger, and liquidation documents.
Liaising with third parties such as notaries, service providers, and others will be part of your responsibilities.
Staying up to date with new regulations will be part of your daily tasks to ensure the highest quality of service for your clients.
You will maintain regular contact with clients and build strong, lasting relationships with them.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate M&A – Law Firm – Legal – Associate
You have at least 2 years of experience within a law firm in Luxembourg, with a focus on Corporate and M&A matters.
You are fluent in English, which is essential to communicate with international clients and colleagues. French and/or German will be considered a strong asset.
You are registered (or about to be registered) on List I, II, or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
You are a dynamic and motivated professional, eager to learn and achieve your career objectives.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of initiative will be key to your success in this role.

You will benefit from a competitive salary of up to €110,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and background.
