Your Responsibilities |Attorney – Lawyer – Litigation – Law firm – Law – Dispute – Finance
You will represent clients in disputes concerning commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, and corporate governance issues.
Handling cross-border disputes will be part of your responsibilities, which is why you will also conduct legal research on local and international law, depending on the cases.
Being a trusted advisor to your clients will be essential in building strong relationships. You will provide guidance on dispute prevention and risk management.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation will be part of your daily work.

To quickly understand and adapt to your new environment, you should have at least 6 years of experience as a litigation lawyer in Luxembourg.
The clientele is primarily international but also includes local clients, which is why fluency in both French and English is essential.
Being organized and proactive will enable you to perform efficiently in your role.
Strong communication skills are crucial for maintaining good relationships with clients and third parties, such as notaries, opposing counsel, and service providers.

You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year, providing you with a comfortable standard of living. In addition, you will benefit from meal vouchers and health insurance, helping to reduce your personal expenses.
