Our client is a fiduciary that works with a diverse range of clients, including Private Equity, Real Estate firms, Insurance Companies, and Banks. The company specializes in tax structuring and provides both legal and accounting advisory services.

Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Investment Funds – Law - Finance
You will be responsible for the structuring of investment funds.
You will provide strategic advice on structuring cross-border transactions.
Ensuring corporate services for certain aspects of company administration will be part of your daily tasks.
You will draft legal opinions.
Reviewing legal documents, including contracts, will be among your key responsibilities.
You will maintain direct communication with clients and third parties such as notaries and lawyers.
Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Investment Funds – Law - Finance
You have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in investment funds in Luxembourg, providing you with a strong understanding of your future portfolio.
Fluency in both German and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills are essential to meet deadlines and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Admission to the bar is required to fully perform in this role.

You can earn a salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
