Your Responsibilities | Finance – Lax – Regulatory – Investment funds – Legal
You will be responsible for providing legal advice on matters such as fund structuring and financing.
You will be required to draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and legal opinions.
You will participate in board meetings and contribute to legal discussions.
Keeping up to date with new regulations will be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will liaise with clients as well as third parties, including lawyers and notaries.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Lax – Regulatory – Investment funds – Legal
You have at least 3 years of experience as a fund lawyer or legal counsel within a law firm, a PFS, or a fiduciary in Luxembourg, which will help you feel comfortable and confident in your new role.
You are fluent in both English and German, ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients and third parties.
In this position, being proactive and well-organized is essential to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
While you are an excellent team player, you are also capable of working independently and managing your tasks autonomously.
