Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Corporate – Law firm – Regulatory – Attorney –Finance
You will provide strategic legal advice to clients for their business operations.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions will be part of your daily work.
It will be asking you to manage and oversee mergers, restructurings, and acquisitions for client companies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor clients' legal obligations, such as filings with official registries (RCS, RBE) and ensure timely submissions will be part of your responsibilities.
You will liaise with third parties such as banks, notaries, and fiduciaries to facilitate client transactions.
You may stay up to date with changes in regulations and advise clients accordingly to ensure their compliance with evolving legal requirements.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, which will be essential for understanding your new responsibilities.
To communicate effectively with clients and third parties, you are fluent in French and English.
Meeting deadlines is crucial for this role; therefore, you consider yourself proactive and organized.
A stable career path is important for this position, reflecting your motivation to commit to the firm for the long term.

You will earn a salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, providing you with a comfortable standard of living.
