Your Responsibilities | Real estate – Law – Attorney – Finance – Law firm – Regulatory
You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, development agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and other key legal documents.
You will oversee the legal aspects of high-value real estate projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
Negotiating favorable terms for clients, carefully mitigating risks and addressing potential legal challenges will be part of your daily work.
You will assist in resolving real estate-related disputes, including landlord-tenant conflicts, contract breaches, and construction-related issues.
Profile and Career Path | Real estate – Law – Attorney – Finance – Law firm – Regulatory
You are a qualified Real Estate Lawyer with at least 6 years of experience within a law firm in Luxembourg.
Being fluent in both French and English is essential to communicate with clients, colleagues and third parties.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential to be efficient in your position.
You are experienced with complex real estate contracts and a deep understanding of property law, zoning, and regulations. This will permit you to advise efficiently your clients.

You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year, ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
