Your Responsibilities | Real Estate – Lawyer – Law – Investment – Advisory
Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and financing structures.
Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts and agreements with developers, investors, and financial institutions.
Provide regulatory and legal guidance on real estate investments and projects in Luxembourg.
Assist clients with due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Work on cross-border transactions in collaboration with international teams.
Profile and Career Path | Real Estate – Lawyer – Law – Investment – Advisory
At least 6 years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg is asked.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial leases, property transactions, and investment structuring.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong asset but not a must.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
A desire to grow within a firm that offers long-term career prospects, including potential access to partnership opportunities.
