Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Legal – Lawyer – Law Firm
Advise international and local clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, regulatory matters, and financial instruments.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other financial contracts.
Work closely with banks, investment funds, and corporations, providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, staying up to date with evolving legal frameworks.
Participate in cross-border transactions, collaborating with international teams to deliver seamless client service.
Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Legal – Lawyer – Law Firm
You have at least 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg, with a strong focus on complex transactions.
You are fluent in English, and additional languages (such as French or German) are a plus.
You are registered as an Avocat à la Cour (liste 1) in Luxembourg, which is essential for this role.
You are able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team.
